Ingredients

Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk (whole, almond, oat, or coconut) Use any type of milk you prefer.
  • 1 cup ice cubes Ensure ice is fresh for best consistency.
  • 2 scoops vanilla bean ice cream Can substitute with non-dairy ice cream for a dairy-free option.
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste Or substitute with 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  • 2 tablespoons whipped cream Plus extra for topping.
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or honey Optional for extra sweetness.

Equipment

  • High-speed blender
  • Tall glass

Method

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine the milk, ice cubes, vanilla bean ice cream, vanilla bean paste (or extract), and sugar (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Check the mixture consistency. If it’s too thick, add a little more milk. If it’s too thin, add a few extra ice cubes and blend again.
  3. Pour the frappuccino into a tall glass. Top with whipped cream and a light sprinkle of vanilla bean powder or cinnamon for extra flavor.
  4. Add a straw and enjoy your homemade frappuccino immediately!
