  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro Use fresh cilantro for its bright, herbaceous notes; adjust to your preference.
  • 1 lime Juice of lime Freshly squeezed lime juice is crucial for balancing the sweetness and adding tang.
  • 1/4 tsp Salt Start with a quarter teaspoon and add more to taste, as it enhances all the flavors.

Notes
