- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and lightly brown the chicken.
- Stir together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, cornstarch, and a splash of water, then add to the skillet.
- Add pineapple chunks and simmer until chicken is cooked and sauce thickens. Serve warm.
Notes
For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes. Serve with steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
