Ingredients
  

Crab Legs
  • 907 g snow crab legs thawed if frozen
Seasoning Mix
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cucchiaino Old Bay seasoning
  • 0.5 cucchiaino paprika
  • 0.25 cucchiaino black pepper
For Serving
  • g Lemon wedges for serving
  • g Melted butter for serving (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, and black pepper.
  3. Place snow crab legs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the seasoning mixture evenly over the crab legs.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until heated through and slightly fragrant.
  6. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and melted butter, if desired.

Notes

For best results, serve the crab legs immediately after baking with lemon wedges and melted butter on the side for dipping.
