Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. Add 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt to the dry mixture and stir until you form a cohesive dough.
  4. Divide the dough into 6 to 8 portions, roll them into balls, and shape them into bagels.
