- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Add 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt to the dry mixture and stir until you form a cohesive dough.
- Divide the dough into 6 to 8 portions, roll them into balls, and shape them into bagels.
- Whisk one egg in a small bowl and brush it over each bagel. Add your desired toppings.
- Bake the bagels in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the bagels cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
These bagels are best enjoyed fresh. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days, or freeze for longer storage.
