  • 1 cup orange juice freshly squeezed for the best taste
  • 1 cup champagne or prosecco chilled, choose your favorite sparkling wine

Method
 

  1. Freeze pomegranate juice in an ice cube tray ahead of time.
  2. Place a few frozen juice cubes into a champagne flute.
  3. Pour in orange juice until halfway full.
  4. Slowly top with champagne.
  5. Let the cubes melt for a flavor twist as you sip.

Notes

For an extra garnish, add a few fresh pomegranate arils or an orange slice to each glass before serving. You can adjust the ratio of orange juice to champagne to your preference.
