  • 3 pieces white sub rolls
  • 50 g Unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 100 g Mayo
  • 1 packet Caesar salad kit 10-ounce package
  • 1 batch chicken cutlets (or rotisserie chicken)
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese (optional)

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Cook the chicken cutlets or shred rotisserie chicken.
  2. Toast the Rolls: Brush the inside of each sub roll with softened butter, sprinkle with garlic powder, and toast until golden brown. Spread mayo generously on both sides.
  3. Mix the Salad: Combine the Caesar salad kit ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  4. Assemble: Layer the salad mixture evenly on each roll, top with chicken cutlets, and add grated Parmesan if desired.

Notes

For a more intense flavor, consider adding a dash of lemon juice to the salad before mixing. Serve with a side of chips or pickles for a complete meal.
