Description

Tender seasoned chicken breasts paired with rich, garlicky buttered noodles—all cooked in one pan for a fast, comforting, family-friendly dinner ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; let sit 5 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium and sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through; set aside.
  3. Pour chicken broth into the same pan and bring to a simmer; add noodles and cook 7–8 minutes until al dente and most liquid is absorbed.
  4. Melt butter in a small pan and sauté minced garlic 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Stir garlic butter into noodles, add Parmesan if using, slice chicken, and serve with parsley garnish.

Notes

Stir noodles midway through cooking to prevent sticking. Add a squeeze of lemon before serving for brightness.
