- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; let sit 5 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium and sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through; set aside.
- Pour chicken broth into the same pan and bring to a simmer; add noodles and cook 7–8 minutes until al dente and most liquid is absorbed.
- Melt butter in a small pan and sauté minced garlic 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir garlic butter into noodles, add Parmesan if using, slice chicken, and serve with parsley garnish.
Notes
Stir noodles midway through cooking to prevent sticking. Add a squeeze of lemon before serving for brightness.
