A cozy, creamy, no-bake autumn twist on classic tiramisu, blending pumpkin, mascarpone, espresso, and warm pumpkin spice into irresistible layered goodness.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee, cooled
  • 24 ladyfingers (savoiardi)
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream in a chilled bowl until soft peaks form.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix mascarpone, pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin-mascarpone mixture.
  4. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled espresso for 1–2 seconds.
  5. Arrange half of the dipped ladyfingers in an 8×8-inch dish.
  6. Spread half of the pumpkin cream mixture evenly over the ladyfingers.
  7. Repeat with the remaining ladyfingers and the remaining cream.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.

Notes

For best texture and flavor, chill overnight. Use pure pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
