This spicy seafood pasta recipe is both hot and delicious! If you prefer less spice, simply use half the amount of pepper. It’s better to add more later if needed, rather than ruining your dish. While bay scallops are recommended, you can also use larger sea scallops by cutting them in half. Another option is to transfer the dish to a casserole dish and broil it until the top becomes golden brown.
Tips
- You can go for larger or smaller shrimp.
- Any mix of seafood will work here, other great options include chunks of fish, lobster or calamari.
- No fettuccine on hand? Try a different long pasta such as spaghetti , angel hair or linguine.
