This Italian classic is absolutely amazing. The feta cheese gives it a delicious taste that makes this dish come alive. So simple yet so tasty!
Margherita pizza is pizza in its simplest and purest form imho…and it’s the best. It is usually made with a San Marzano tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, salt and extra-virgin olive oil. We are going to jazz this one up with a few more cheeses.
Incredibly easy and incredibly delicious!
Mix olive oil, garlic, and salt together. Coat tomatoes with the mixture and let them sit for 15 minutes. Heat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Apply the tomato marinade onto each pizza crust. Evenly spread Mozzarella and Fontina cheeses on the pizzas. Place tomatoes on top, then sprinkle with shredded basil, Parmesan, and feta cheese.
Bake in the oven that has been preheated until the cheese becomes bubbly and golden brown, which usually takes around 10 minutes.
