Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
