Description

A luxurious, creamy, and spice-infused seafood boil sauce that transforms any seafood dish into a flavorful feast.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 sticks of butter
  • 3 tablespoons of minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • Dried parsley
  • Black pepper to taste
  • A splash of lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and cooking equipment, including a medium pot and measuring spoons.
  2. Melt the butter in the pot over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until soft and translucent.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and reduce heat to low-medium. Simmer gently for 1 minute.
  5. Stir in Cajun seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, and garlic powder. Simmer for 1-2 minutes to infuse the flavors.
  6. Add black pepper to taste, a splash of lemon juice, and dried parsley. Stir well.
  7. Let the sauce cool slightly before serving over seafood or as a dip.

Notes

Avoid overcooking garlic to prevent bitterness. Do not boil after adding cream to avoid curdling. Adjust seasoning to taste and use lemon to brighten flavors.
