Description

These Lobster Bites with Garlic Butter Sauce are golden, crispy, and smothered in garlicky richness. Ready in under 30 minutes, this restaurant-worthy appetizer or main dish brings gourmet flavor to your kitchen with minimal effort.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb lobster tails, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Garlic Butter Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss lobster pieces in the mixture until evenly coated. Shake off excess.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan to 350°F. Fry lobster bites in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until golden. Drain on paper towels.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Remove from heat.
  4. Serve lobster bites hot with garlic butter sauce drizzled over or on the side. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley.

Notes

Maintain oil temperature for crisp bites. Use avocado oil for a healthier option. For a dairy-free version, swap butter with olive oil or vegan butter. Sauce can be made ahead and reheated.
