- Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss lobster pieces in the mixture until evenly coated. Shake off excess.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan to 350°F. Fry lobster bites in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until golden. Drain on paper towels.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Remove from heat.
- Serve lobster bites hot with garlic butter sauce drizzled over or on the side. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley.
