  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 12 oz gin (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh chives or parsley for garnish
  • Crackers, crostini, or fresh vegetables for serving

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese by letting it sit at room temperature for 20–30 minutes.
  2. Finely chop green olives, reserving a few for garnish.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add chopped olives, olive brine, garlic powder, onion powder, and gin (if using). Fold together until well combined.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
