- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
- Using a sharp knife, slice a pocket into each salmon fillet. Stuff evenly with the seafood mixture.
- Place salmon on the baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes or until salmon flakes easily and reaches 145°F internally.
- Remove from oven, rest 2 minutes, and garnish with lemon wedges or parsley. Serve hot.
Notes
For keto-friendly variation, replace breadcrumbs with almond flour. Use fresh seafood for best results. Store leftovers refrigerated up to 2 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
