- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups cooked lobster meat
- 1 1/2 cups shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 9 cooked lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Sauté onion in olive oil until softened.
- Add garlic, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes; cook 1 minute.
- Pour in white wine and reduce by half.
- Add heavy cream; simmer until thickened. Stir in lobster and shrimp; season.
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Butter a 9×13 dish. Layer noodles, seafood mixture, ricotta, and mozzarella; repeat. Top with cheeses and parsley.
- Bake 25 minutes covered, then uncover and bake 10 minutes more. Rest 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Avoid overcooking the seafood. Let the lasagna rest before slicing for clean layers and perfect texture.
