- 1 1/4 cups salted butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3/4 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C) and position rack in the center.
- Shred cheddar and Parmesan cheeses; mince garlic.
- Melt butter, then stir in garlic, oregano, parsley, and salt.
- Separate biscuits and flatten each to about 3 1/2 inches.
- Fill each dough piece with cheddar and garlic butter, then pinch to seal.
- Place sealed dough balls pinched-side down in a 12-inch skillet.
- Brush tops with more garlic butter and sprinkle with cheddar and Parmesan.
- Bake 15–17 minutes until golden, bubbly, and fully cooked (190°F internal temp).
- Brush with extra garlic butter and top with remaining cheese before serving.
