  • 2 tubes refrigerated country biscuit dough
  • 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 1/4 cups salted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C) and position rack in the center.
  2. Shred cheddar and Parmesan cheeses; mince garlic.
  3. Melt butter, then stir in garlic, oregano, parsley, and salt.
  4. Separate biscuits and flatten each to about 3 1/2 inches.
  5. Fill each dough piece with cheddar and garlic butter, then pinch to seal.
  6. Place sealed dough balls pinched-side down in a 12-inch skillet.
  7. Brush tops with more garlic butter and sprinkle with cheddar and Parmesan.
  8. Bake 15–17 minutes until golden, bubbly, and fully cooked (190°F internal temp).
  9. Brush with extra garlic butter and top with remaining cheese before serving.
