- 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
- 3 large eggs, separated
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs, chopped (optional)
- Cooking spray or parchment paper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix cottage cheese and egg yolks until smooth; add optional seasonings and herbs.
- Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture in thirds.
- Scoop 6–8 mounds onto the baking sheet, shaping as desired.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden, then cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.
