- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
- Whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth and glossy.
- Add cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder; mix until well combined.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each.
- Gradually add gluten-free flour blend, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake 25–30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely before cutting.
Notes
