Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt the butter or heat the beef drippings over medium heat.
- Stir in the garlic powder and flour (if using). Cook until bubbly.
- Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk to combine and ensure no lumps remain if using flour.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then remove from heat.
