- 1/4 teaspoon paprika (or smoked paprika)

Instructions
- Cut imitation crab meat into bite-sized pieces. If using real crab or shrimp, chop into similar sizes.
- Finely chop the onion and celery. Use red or green onion to taste. Add bell pepper if desired.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, paprika, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add crab meat and chopped vegetables to a bowl. Gently toss with the dressing to coat.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving to meld flavors.
