- 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 cups Bisquick mix
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Combine sausage, cheddar cheese, and Bisquick in a large bowl; mix until just combined. Add cream cheese, red pepper flakes, or green onions if using.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place 1 inch apart on baking sheets.
- Bake 15–20 minutes until golden brown, rotating sheets halfway through.
- Cool 5 minutes before serving warm.
