- 2 teaspoons cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine beef, pork, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, garlic, onion, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix gently.
- Shape into 1-inch meatballs and arrange on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- In a saucepan, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, vinegar, and chili flakes.
- Simmer gently, then add cornstarch slurry if thicker glaze is desired.
- Add hot meatballs to the sauce and toss to coat. Simmer 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, rest 5 minutes, and serve warm.
