This salmon cooked in an air fryer is packed with flavor and a touch of sweetness. It’s juicy, tasty, and can be prepared in less than 10 minutes. If you’re using unsalted Cajun seasoning, you might want to add some salt to the fillets before serving. Personally, I prefer using a Misto sprayer with oil, but you can also use regular cooking spray. For optimal results, opt for 1-inch-thick, center-cut fillets.
Tips
- If you like your salmon a bit more cooked, add 1 to 2 minutes to the cook time. Be careful not to overcook it, as that will make the salmon dry.
